The BOHO retreat was a beautiful space - private, quiet, lots of room and well set-up. Kathryn provided thorough directions and everything was super-smooth and easy to find. It's only a short drive into Lunenburg and would also be a quiet getaway for anyone looking to stay put and enjoy some downtime.
The loft is well appointed and beautiful. It is very quiet. There is a nice hiking area across the highway. Nice peaceful spot.
A full 5 star Airbnb listing … the Hobo Retreat has absolutely every comfort of home … cleanliness comfort and cozy! Kathryn’s communication skills ( including instructions) are superb. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit, would recommend in a heartbeat and can’t wait to return. It’s location is perfect to visit the entire South Shore.
The Boho Retreat was perfect and so cozy. Beautifully decorated with nice details and extra comfort items. I highly recommend staying here while visiting nearby coastal towns, Lunenburg is so charming!
We've stayed here before and are always pleased with our stay. Fantastic price and location to explore the South Shore...chocolates were a nice touch.

After traveling and living in many different parts of the world, we settled on the South Shore of Nova Scotia to raise our family. As a young family, much of our time currently is spent wrangling kids and going from event to event. We love the outdoors and you can usually catch us on our bikes taking advantage of the lovely trails in close proximity of the house. We are also avid beach goers and simply love that we can find ourselves at several stunning sandy beaches within a couple of minutes of our home. We strive to make every guest stay, a meaningful one, through paying attention to detail and offering personal touches throughout the space. We look forward to being your host!
