I’ll start by saying that the yurt itself was great! Pretty much exactly what I’d pictured. Bed was comfy, ac worked excellent, great lighting and was awesome having running water and a toilet in there. I liked the shower as well. Was disappointed though with some of the amenities. My wife and I were excited to use the bikes. We couldn’t get comfy on the random bike (our own fault) so decided to each ride our own. Of the 4 they all had flat tires. We contacted the host and they brought us a pump fast. But after pumping air in the one my wife wanted, she got on and when she pushed on the handle bars they fell down! Another I filled the front (flat) tire and could instantly hear it leaking out. I ended up getting a single bike to work and rode by myself. If these amenities are listed…. I’d expect them to work 🤷‍♂️ Also was excited to see llamas and donkeys (I saw donkeys in a pic not listed here I guess). I saw 0. Also you can hear road traffic all the time (not the hosts fault)

The Wildflower Yurts are a peaceful place to step away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Beautiful location! I was able to watch the sun set while sitting on the steps of the yurt. I fell asleep to the wonderful sounds of nature. The bed is super comfy with amazing sheets! And woke with the sun. Hosts sent very helpful information ahead of time for finding the yurts and to get in.

This was my first time staying in a Yurt. I stayed in the Bluebonnet Yurt. This city girl really enjoyed it. The covered area where the bikes are housed is very close to this 1st Yurt. The inside was really clean and comfortable. It was quite windy on the night I stayed and there was some heavy rain the next morning but I felt safe. I slept in and it was exciting to hear a mule or donkey nearby! It only brayed a couple times and then moved along. I also heard a bird chirping happily that must have perched somewhere near the Yurt because I could hear it so well. The outdoor shower was also a first. The shower room has a lock inside which is nice and is really close to the Yurt, like steps away. The owners were very responsive and communicated clear directions with different route options. Checkout instructions were easy and appreciated. I would love to come back for another visit. Thank you.

This was our third time staying at the bluebonnet yurt and as always , we had an amazing time . Bed is super comfortable, has extra blankets and pillows . Everything was clean and tidy. We love the peace and quiet of the location. The host is super responsive when you need anything. We will definitely be back for another stay!
