We had a lovely stay at Tracie & Oli’s place, property exactly as described and just like the photos. Great communication for check in and recommendations on places to eat and visit which we made use of. We very much enjoyed our short stay and would definitely recommend. Our 3rd stay here and it was everything we have come to love. Peaceful, well equipped and as spotlessly clean as always. We love returning here each year to visit York and the surrounding area with a visit to Burro restaurant too. This time we visited with our newly born daughter knowing there’s plenty of space for her next to me cot and excellent black out blinds, she loved her trip too. Thank you, a lovely break as always.

This was our first AirB&B experience. Tracies communication was fabulous from start to finish. The annexe was stunning, very well equipped, cosy and spotless. Lovely welcoming touch with the muffins. We would highly recommend their beautiful accommodation Thank you so much Regards Nige n Deb x
