This was my 2nd time at the snug, once again had another fantastic stay. Would definitely stay again when travelling up this way.

Maya was an absolutely fantastic host and couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. The snug has everything you need including an iron, a hairdryer and dressing gowns. Maya went the extra mile by providing milk, bread, pastries and homemade jam (delicious) and a hand written note. The kitchen is well stocked and the mini bar is a cute idea (didn't use it but you can leave money in a little purse if you fancy a drink). The smart TV was a nice bonus, as is the outside area if you're lucky to get some sun. The bathroom is a particular plus point with an amazing shower. Overall a really great stay. Thank you!

Maya has been a wonderful host, asking for breakfast preferences and greeting me not only with a very warm message via airbnb and clear instructions on how to get to and into "The Snug" but also a hand-written note upon arrival. Adding to this, she provided a great assortment of breakfast items including homemade jams, breads, and pastries as well as a good tea selection, hot chocolate, and coffee. Additionally, there was a tiny mini-bar with a great price ratio of 2,50 GBP which matched the prices you would pay for these items at the stores anyway. The place was clean, yet cozy and matched the pictures perfectly. Adding to that, there was a great selection of maps and suggestions on what to do in the surrounding area as well as a folder with instructions for anything from the washing machine to the stove and heater. Finally, the place also provided some magazines, games, and DVDs that would have been available for a slow night in. I would love to come back in the future!

Thank you for a great stay at the snug. It's a lovely spacious, comfy, cosy and bright place. Had everything you could need for a home from home. Maya was a friendly and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again.
