Nice clean accomodations. Julie very helpful. Caveat though: if you have a disability and have walking problems this is one you should avoid. Steps from street are steep but manageable, when wet can be hazardous. Room itself was kind of cold with no way to set it to your own preferences. Small space heater a help though. No extra blanket provided if needed. Small shower stall so that if you are kinda large not enough room to move around, but water gets nice an hot. No clock so use your phone for time. For us it was an adequate place for us to stay and use for sleeping accomodations. Initial cost very reasonable but with added charges was more than we thought fair. But all hotel etc accomodations in the area made this at least less expensive in pricing.

The place was a beautifully done basement studio with large western facing windows that let in plenty of light during the day. Very clean and modern, and comfortable. It's about a mile walk into the heart of the Edmonds shopping area, and since the weather was beautiful I really enjoyed strolling back and forth, spending most of my time out exploring all the shops and restaurants. I noted there was a bus stop nearby if really didn't feel like walking, and on bike the trip to downtown was less than 5 minutes. The hot tub worked great too! It was a great pied-á-terre for a fun, relaxing weekend in Edmonds.

Julie's and Dan's space was wonderful. Perfect spot to wind down during our stay in the Everett/Seattle area. The space had everything we needed for our weekend trip. Also, it was in a cozy neighbour hood and lovely views from their space. Would recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here :). Thanks again Julie and Dan!
