Staying here will put you close to everything! Short walk to the free bus stop that will take you to Main Street, Deer Valley, the Canyons, or anywhere in town. Extremely close to all of the ski/snowboarding slopes, and less than 2 miles from historic main street. Coffee shops, amazing restaurants, and grocery stores all within walking distance. Access to the historic union pacific rail trail just across the street. The hot tub is open! Free parking on site for one vehicle. Staying here will allow you to live like a local in the heart of Park City. With so many things within walking distance and free public transportation you can leave the car parked and experience why people come from all around the world to see this pristine mountain city. SLEEPING: Very comfortable king size bed right in front of the air conditioner which will be exactly what you need after an active day of biking, hiking, or exploring the city. The pull out bed in the living room is also a king size, so staying cozy and rested will be no problem for 4 guests. LAUNDRY: A small washer/dryer combo unit is positioned in the closet in the bedroom to help you manage the laundry build up from all your outdoor activities. It's small, so if needed, there are two separate small laundromats located on the 2nd and 4th floors that can be used for a nominal fee. In addition, there is a laundromat just a couple minutes away from the condo. Between all of those options you will have no problem keeping up on your laundry! BATHROOM: Recently remodeled full size shower with a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so no need to bring any of that yourself. Plenty of fresh clean towels. KITCHEN/DINING: Kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to stay in and prepare your own meals. All cooking basics (cookware, dishes, silverware) along with stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge are ready for you to use them. If you'd rather eat out there is a large variety of incredible restaurants within minutes. If you need some suggestions, please ask me! HOT TUB: Take the elevator down to the first floor and enjoy unlimited access to the hot tub using the building access code you were provided. The pool is closed for the winter months. WiFi/TV: Free high speed unlimited WiFi will be available so you can stay connected throughout your stay with the password waiting for you in the "Welcome Binder" along with Comcast TV. ACCESSIBILITY: The condo is located on the third floor with elevator access (no stairs leading up to the elevator). Once getting to the third floor there are 3 steps to climb to get to the door of the unit, so not wheelchair friendly. PARKING: Guests will park in the parking lot outside of the condominium off of Prospector Avenue. A parking pass will be inside the condo which guests will then fill out with their information and place in their car. If the main outside parking lot is full, there is a public underground parking facility that can be used with the same parking pass provided upon checking in, but it is not connected to the condominium. Thus, there is no direct access from garage to building and guests will have to make the short walk out of garage to the condominium building. GETTING AROUND: Free Park City Transit System - there is a bus stop a very short walking distance from the condo that starts running around 6am and goes as late as 10:30pm. There will be bus routes printed and available for guests to review in the condo, along with maps of Park City. Park City Transit is working with local public health officials to slow the spread of COVID-19. They are cleaning and disinfecting their buses and transit facilities daily. The bus drivers are practicing personal precautions as outlined by the CDC; such as, regular hand washing and utilizing the City’s sick leave policies. As a rider, you should practice physical distancing, leaving at least six (6) feet between you and other passengers, and wear a face-covering.
