The place was clean and just as described. However, the distance to Ocean City is more like 35-45 minutes. Overall it is a nice place

I went on a weekend trip with my daughters before school started and everything was just as described and shown in the pictures. The space was squeaky clean, and the outside very well taken care of. Theres a nice private pool right out back and a gym room next door to use. The host is right on site and waved when we arrived, which was ensuring. The location is perfectly in between Bethany Beach, Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland, about a 30 min drive either direction. The only complaint is the AC being in a lockbox set to 72 degrees which was a little too cold for us overnight but we were leaving the next day so we never brought it up. We will definitely come back if we do another trip nearby!

The place was clean and as described! It was easy to access and convenient for our needs. Gerald was responsive to messages. The cottage was well stocked with clean towels and plenty of blankets. We appreciated the suggestions for places to eat, especially the one that delivered as we took advantage of that!
