You definitely get what you pay for… I stayed with my partner for the night because we had a flight the next morning. The place was in a good location, close to the airport, and the owner was pretty responsive and helpful. However when we got to the room there was a very strong smell of feet, the room felt dirty, small spots on the sheets, and we didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower from how the bathroom looked. I had Lysol spray with me luckily but stilI…We knew there were other guests in the house but I didn’t expect them to be making so much noise in the shared kitchen from 11pm-3am we didn’t get much sleep because of it. Again this was the cheapest place we found for the night but it was for a reason.

It’s very close to the airport an fairy close to transit that can get you to/from the airport. I had the basement room under the living room and it was a little noisy- but then again, I was jet-lagged and went to bed around 9 pm.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The instructions for check in were precise, albeit the procedure is a bit tedious. The house is located in a nice and quiet area right next to the airport and highway. All Airbnb rooms are located in the basement, completely separated from the house. I never saw the hosts in person. However, I could easily hear them, especially at night with their toddler crying, so earplugs are recommended. ;-) The floor in the room and the common area was not carpet, but hardwood, which made it a bit cold and loud. The room was ok, the bathroom however was not in good shape and the shower/bathtub definitely needed some cleaning (as mentioned by other guests). The kitchen equipment was ancient and missed some cups and plates. Overall it was ok to stay here, explore the city a bit, and continue my journey. 50$ per night seems a bit high for the condition of the rooms, but I booked on very short notice, so no complaints.

This was my second stay with Kahn. As before, everything was great. only minimal noise from upstairs, but nothing to complain about. The only problem I has was another guest also staying at the residence. He would start preparing dinner around 8pm and he was very noisy while doing it. This is a guest problem and not indicative of the home owner or the host.

good for a simple crash pad for the night for 1 or 2 people. but very very plain, bring your own toiletries and shower stuff.
