Guidebook is provided upon reservation. Host is responsive and helpful. It's a little hard to find the alley at first (it is never easy to find certain alley in Taiwan). However, the location is superb. I booked the apartment for my friends, and I needed to pick them up by car, and the road closest to the alley allowed temporary parking, so it is never a problem picking people up. The apartment is clean; the space is as advertised. The guidebook is very comprehensive and should solve any problem you might encounter.

Grateful to stay at Richards amazing place in Taipei, we loved how close it was to Taipei 101 and had lots of things to do, we especially appreciate the details that Richard and his team put into making it a great place, much gratitude and appreciation for a great stay

The location of the flat was in such a convenient area - close to the MRT station; shopping boulevard of Xinyi and right next to a blooming residential area for kids parks, convenience stores and local quick dine breakfast takeouts and restaurants. the neighbours kept to themselves and was relatively quiet. The flat itself had stuff in in and was well provided for , the host had most things in it for our convenience - ie umbrellas, plug adapters, batteries etc.. And the hosts were great with their communications.
