Grant's place was perfect for a getaway long holiday weekend. We were seeking a place to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay where we were close to quality restaurants and spend our time reading and enjoying each other's company,. Grant's place was perfect for that. It was a natural oasis with diverse Florida flora making for a secluded hideaway atmosphere. The house had many amenities and was extremely comfortable for lounging around He was an excellent host and responsive to our needs and requests. I recommend this location without hesitation.

It is a beautiful place and area. I grew up here and love visiting from out of state. I’m definitely coming back. 10/10

Overall the stay was great. Really enjoyed the feeling of being in a private jungle; had coconuts and mangoes fall down during our stay which made an excellent Florida experience. The house and accommodations were great. Only negatives we had was the thermostat being a little finicky and kept us too warm for a day or two, and the property is next to a day care. Privacy was fine but we heard kids playing and screaming a few mornings.

We loved Grant’s place. It was a private oasis that was absolutely perfect. Close to tons of restaurants and not far from the beach.

The home is beautiful, the backyard is extremely private and relaxing, the restaurants and the beaches were only about 10 minutes away and there were plenty of stores nearby to get any necessities. Myself, my husband and my two children along with 2 other couples shared the home without any issue. I would absolutely recommend this home for your Florida vacation.
