Very well kept villa in a nice area. Close to most things on scooter. The host was always responding quickly and was very helpful and kind. In house massage was nice as well. Really nice pool and kitchen area. Only thing was the AC is super noisy at night. Other than that we had a perfect stay! Would definitely recommend!

Putu Adam's villa is compact and well-designed. All the fittings, furniture and equipment was well-chosen and functional. It's a great place to relax, with a central plunge pool big enough to swim a few strokes, which is very refreshing. A number of bakery cafes, restaurants and warungs - and a couple of spas - are within a 5-minute walk. A 15-20 minute car ride or a 25-30 minute walk will get you to the centre of Seminyak. The location is quiet, but there's a great deal within easy reach. Adam is incredibly responsive, has a great housekeeping team, and will fix any issues really quickly. The level of service is really beyond what one would expect from a villa in this price range. We're likely to return, either as a couple, or with our children to one of the larger villas he manages. We've had mixed experiences with villas in Bali, and would have no hesitation in recommending this one.
