A lovely place in Fair Harbor, in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors! House looks very much like pictures, clean and well decorated with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Beach is a 2 min walk, ferry is a 3 min walk and store with limited assortment is 3 min walk. Very convenient! Jon is super friendly and helpful, allowed us to have a late checkout so we could fit in with the less frequent fall ferry schedule (thanks again Jon)!

We had a great experience at Jon's place. The location is great, the house is wonderful, with a really great back deck area, and Jon was very attentive and proactive in ensuring that things went smoothly for us. Highly recommend!

We loved this super cute, well appointed, perfect Fair Harbor Spot! It was very comfortable, had everything we needed for a great stay, including loads of fun beach stuff (SUP, Boogie Boards, Surf Boards, etc). We really appreciated the air conditioners in every room to keep cool when needed. Jon was such a nice and accommodating host and even picked us up from the ferry with the wagon! Communication was wonderful, and we just loved the whole surfer vibe of the place. We are long time Fair Harbor lovers, and if you know, well you know. We will definitely be booking this place again! I would highly recommend!!

Jon’s beach house exceeded our expectations! Great location, tons of amenities, clean, and comfy. Jon was very responsive and made us feel right at home!

I had a wonderful stay at the Fair Harbor Surf Shack. This beach house is in a great location - close to the Fair Harbor ferry dock & restaurant and also very close to the beach. The house was stocked with everything that we needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. An added plus was the outdoor patio area with grill and outdoor shower and everything needed for enjoying the beach including beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The host was very easy to communicate with and check in/out was a breeze! I highly recommend this beach house and would definitely stay again in the future!
