The guesthouse did not have interior only locks on the 2 outside leading doors. This caused me excessive anxiety. I almost left & rented a hotel. Instead, I used furniture to block the doors while sleeping. Though, I didn't sleep well due to the anxiety from it. The listing says no animals. We felt like their was a cat smell inside. Not all of the windows are able to lock either. Bedroom doors do not shut. The two exterior doors need blinds or curtains over the large windows. The dining table is pub height. Two of the stools are standard table height. You're sitting well below the table. Minimal livingoroom seating. Plenty of amenities available: fan, hair dryer, soaps, towels, coffee, etc. My mid size SUV couldn't pull into the driveway. Owners are out and about in the backyard during your stay. When you go through the back gate to the guesthouse, be careful of the very jumpy dog running at you. Nice, friendly owners. Worried about lead based paint?

Excellent spot! Great location and very quiet. They were very nice and accommodating. Inside was clean and felt just like home. A great location to be at! Will def stay there again when back in town.

Comfy Place, Great location! Perfect place to start your days of exploring the city and beaches and end your days for a relaxing evening and getting a great night’s sleep. Plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Jen and Roswell were great hosts! We loved watching their cats and dog enjoying the yard and squirrels 🐿️

The lavender house was a perfect stay for our trip. There were so many cute touches all around the home and it was walking distance to downtown so great location. Jen & Roswell were great hosts and left the lights on in the home when I said we’d be arriving late.

Had a great stay! Very clean and had everything we needed. I would say to bring water bottles, just cause the water dispenser in the fridge is very slow and took a very long time to fill our water bottles. But they were very quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.
