We had a great time at Rol-Ann Rentals, the host Ma’am Bing was very friendly, she made sure we were comfortable, and she was very responsive in everything we needed, and all her staff were very friendly as well. Overall we are very happy with Rol-Ann Rentals it's perfect for a family reunion and oh plus when you need a taxi is very convenient, you just have to message her in advance to book. Thank you so much, ma’am Bing until next time 😘

Maam Bing is so kind and I was surprised when she was the one who welcomed us. Usually we are welcomed by her caretakers . This is our 6th stay at Rol-ann and we are definitely comfortable in the houses that we have booked. Na try na namin ang rol-ann transients , Balik balik gyud mi kay ganahan kaayo mi. Best place to rent for house parties.. walay libog , sakto ang charges. Thank you so much miss bing and rol-ann transient. See you again soon!

pros: Spacious house, quiet environment, with wifi, cold aircon. cons: very limited store around the area. no lock on back door (laundry area), one of our friend saw a stranger on the laundry area around 11PM, traumatizing.
