“shocking experience” 1- when we arrived, the shower didn’t work. The water pipe was leaking. Someone came to fix it the day after. We had to take cold shower. 2- the toilets and the floor was not clean. Had loants running around and in one of the bedrooms contain the ants nest. During the night, the ants climbed up to beds biting us and our baby. 3- the flat was painted with strong smell. Had to open window to constantly ventilate. 4- the screen windows to isolate insects were broken. If leaving the lights on, the insects came in. 5- the sofa leg was broken. We almost got injured by sitting on it. Luckily the owner sent someone to fix it after two days. 6- the location is very noisy. Had to close the window, smelling the strong painting smell, “ enjoying” the most noisy AC sound. 7- the cleaning mop in this flat was very dirty, full of sweat smell. 8- full dust on the surface of furnitures. 9- many others but no space here to present.

Prosperty Property's 23rd-floor penthouse wowed this meticulous traveller! The ocean view and three balconies added enchantment to our getaway. Despite a minor towel rack and AC glitch, Prosperity Property swiftly resolved it, ensuring our comfort. The master bedroom's king-sized bed and luxurious bathroom exuded refined elegance. Japanese interior design met meticulous standards. Additional rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a washing machine impressed. An extra bathroom in the living room area enhanced functionality. Special kudos for returning our forgotten belongings it does showcase their exceptional service. Despite minor hiccups, the 23rd-floor penthouse is a traveller's dream. The booking process was a breeze and the unit itself was lovely and tastefully decorated, exactly like the photos suggested. Place was clean the views across the bay into Samal Island were great. The hosts are very easy t communicate with and were incredibly gracious when we had requests for something we mistakenly left after check-out. We're definitely booking again when we're back in Davao City, we wouldn't hesitate recommending them to friends looking to book a stay in the area.
