Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Kinder hatten große Freude sich im Garten aufzuhalten (Gartenhäuschen, Trampolin,usw) und sich um die sehr zutraulichen Katzen zu kümmern. Die Wohnung war bestens ausgestattet, einfach zu erreichen und auch durch öffentliche Transportmittel sehr gut verbunden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und perfekt für unsere Familie. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet und wurde von uns auch genutzt, wobei dort die Sauberkeit definitiv zu wünschen ließ (stark verschmutzter Backofen, unordentliche Schubladen mit teils nicht wirklich sauberem Inhalt). Die Sitzflächen wiesen zahlreiche Flecken und natürlich auch Katzenhaare auf... Das Doppelbett war äußerst bequem, die Kinderbetten (ein Stockbett), waren nicht ganz sauber und sehr hart und kurz in der Länge, dass mein 11-Jähriger nur schräg Platz hatte... Leider der größte Minuspunkt: die Nachbarn im Obergeschoss sind ab 6 Uhr wach und werden mit jedem Schritt, gehört, ohne Rücksicht auf die unten.. schade...

We immediately felt at home in Martin and Marianne's beautiful house, which has a very 'hyggelig' vibe. Calm neighbourhood but close to the metro so you can get to Copenhagen in 20 minutes. Everything you need is close by. There is another family living upstairs but we almost did not hear them. A fantastic place to stay if you want to visit the city and relax in the evenings.

We stayed at Martin's place for a week with our 2 1/2 years old child. It was just the perfect place for us because in the house there were so many things to do for a kid. The garden is amazing, the cats are lovely and the communication with Martin was great. He was a really kind and generous host. We felt like we're home from the first minute. Thanks a lot.

Specious house with a beautiful garden that also has a lot of facilities for kids. The house has a good vibe and a big kitchen, also a great fit for small kids with everything a child needs: stool, dining chair and toys. The host seemed very friendly when writing before we arrived, what actually made us even more surprised to discover that the bed was not made and ready, instead, sheets were left and we had to put them ourselves - which is something we have never encountered in an Airbnb before. Also, for people who are not used to the old wooden floors, it might be a bit inconvenient to be in a house where you hear the steps of the family living above from 6:30 in the morning. It is not that they made some extra noise, it is just that the isolation is not that good. They were super nice and friendly and we really enjoyed talking to them! The cats are lovely and doesn't bother, they enter and leave almost unnoticed. Overall it was nice and cozy.

We had a lovely time at Martin's place. It was easy to find, close to the train stations (walkable in 10 mins and also connected by bus to Ørestad & Tårnby stations) with good connections to the city and CPH airport. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and it provided us with a good, quiet break. The home is full of character and had lots of space (both indoor & outdoors) for the two of us. The two cats made it even more remarkable. 🐈‍⬛🐈 Martin was very helpful & easily available for local recommendations and other useful tips. Would highly recommend if you're looking to find a peaceful place to unwind in Copenhagen.
