Dave siempre fue atento desde antes de llegar hasta el fin de la estancia. Muy amable, además de recomendarnos varios lugares donde visitar. Lugar perfecto para nuestros perritos. Muy recomendable

First things first- Dave was an incredible host. He was beyond accommodating for us and extremely responsive to a couple minor issues we had. Dave went above and beyond as a host and I would not hesitate to book with him in the future. He picked us up at the airport and gave us a ton of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He even set us up with someone he knew for a tour, which ended up being half the price of similar tours I found. Secondly- the house was super cute! The pool is exactly as described, I had seen a review of someone complaining about the pool but it’s listed and photographed as a natural water pool and that’s exactly what it is. The house is about 10-15 minute taxi ride from the center of Oaxaca, but we found it quite easy to grab a taxi from the nearest main road to the house, about a 3-5 minute walk. The yard area of the house is very cute, the bed and pillows are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked well enough. Thank you, Dave, for a wonderful stay!

Let me start by saying the place is quite an experience. Its a really cool concept if you want to go glamping. This is a horrible and dangerous place for any children under the age of 5. The pool was never filled for us even though he said he would get that done. No washer and dryer on the property as listed, mot A single knife, one spoon. Overall makes it difficult. The air mattress wasn’t given to us until the following day. My daughter had to sleep on a very bars and dusty couch. He texted at 11pm asking if we wanted the mattress, we were sleeping already. There is bugs and mosquitos everywhere. The showers dont work, the main shower has a very tiny sting of water, and it leeks to the bottom floor, bathroom gets fully flooded and barely any hot water. Again, place is awesome, if u know what u e getting yourself into. This is not a main house and a tree house, they both work as tree houses.
