Place is very organized and clean. Easy check in and check out process. The host is very responsive. Recommend doing research on neighborhood location. Overall, for price we paid was well worth it.

The location was perfect for me to do my Amazon Flex on my off days since the Amazon station is hardly 5 minutes away in Hazel Park. Dogs next door were mostly quiet with light barks & we couldn’t even tell they were outside when we went into the backyard. My kids enjoyed the open space amongst the various rooms to play with their toys. Oh & the air fresheners smelled great!! Highland Park is usually a hit or miss area for most local Metro Detroiters, but it was fitting for the immediate need of my family & I. Courtney was very kind & considerate when my family needed to extend our stay. It’s a property with great potential for additional renovations & we hope that our stay can assist in the funding those awesome add-ons. Thanks again for everything!!

Courtney's home was just what we needed for a longer stay with our dogs during our moving transition. Everything was as listed; do pay attention to the notes about quirks and such due to the age of the home. We had all the necessities for cooking and appreciated access to the laundry area. The office space was perfect for working from home and our dogs enjoyed the backyard. As another review mentioned, there is a dog next door that barks fairly often at different points during the day, but is thankfully quiet overnight. It wasn't a huge issue for us, just something to be aware of. Some reviews have said the area is dangerous, but we did not experience any issues during our stay. Our cars were left alone and it was a peaceful street aside from the barking next door. We took our dogs for walks and it was fine. Yes, some houses are abandoned or in transition, but that's not uncommon in this area and throughout Detroit. Courtney had great communication during our stay. Thank you!

The host was very attentive and quick to reply back with any of my questions. The house is very spacious and fit the 6 of us comfortably. I had the master bedroom upstairs and the AC cooled down my room very quickly. The home had a security system which made me feel very safe. My boyfriend and I are actually planning on staying here again when we visit Detroit later this year. It was a great experience.
