The location was great - close to ski lifts, shopping and local restaurants. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bed linens, pillow and towels for our family of six. Communication from the host was poor, the house did not include listed amenities (i.e., hair dryer), and there was a holder for paper towels but paper towels were not provided. The check-out procedures were extremely extensive which included hauling bed linens and towels up to the second story “laundry room”; be prepared for an hour plus check-out and ensure you have completed everything or you will be charged extra. NOTE: the unit is on main street side and the parking lot is the rear of the complex. Also, the master bedroom faces the resort parking lots which are lit at night meaning the light shines brightly through the thin window coverings; so much so they provide eye masks to wear.

Great condo, had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. It does sleep 8, but that’s with two in each full bed. Maybe keep that in mind if you’re not a group of couples. GREAT location and the ski shuttle literally picks you up at the building. We would/will stay there again!

I’m sure this air bnb would’ve been nice if I couldn’t actually got inside. But I get there and the keys not working. So I call the host and they’re like oh we actually canceled that reservation, but it was still active on my Airbnb account. So after spending an hour talking to air bnb support I finally got a refund. I would not recommend ever staying with an EVOLVE rental property

When we arrived the place had not been cleaned from a previous check out. They quickly responded and got a crew out to come clean while we were there. They said they would refund the cleaning fee. We had some personal pillows there and somehow those even got stripped while they were cleaning and we lost the pillows until we discovered them at the end of the trip when we were taking sheets off. (Kids looking for their pillow the whole trip). They took the cases that were on the personal pillows with them. I’m sure accidental mistake. *Sports Fans*- no sports channels *Stairs* - lots of stairs going up to the place and stairs going up to main bedrooms. Have to walk through a walkway to get to the place. *Bring your own pillows* - all very cheap and lumpy Overall a cozy place to stay and can walk to the ski slopes. We enjoyed our stay! When we needed something they were quick to respond. Thank you!
