Jake was a great host, very responsive and friendly! Listing was exactly as described. Nice spacious home with plenty of room. I would recommend this Airbnb.

We came into town for an event at the Kennedy Center. The location was about 20 minutes from the center. We were a little unsure when we pulled up if we were at the right place as many pictures of the outside we not provided but once we entered we loved it. Jake thought of all of the things we would need snacks, seasonings, water, coffee and creamer. The rooms were nice, some of the beds were on the firmer side. Also some of the ceiling fans were a clinking. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Came all the way from Aotearoa New Zealand and Jake’s place was fantastic. Very clean, incredibly well stocked, good kitchen and all very comfortable. Jake was outstandingly responsive and everything was easy. Thanks for having us!

Jake was a fantastic host. We even had the opportunity to check-in a few hours early. The house was GREAT!! There were so many amenities/added touches, and it was extremely well stocked. I stay at Airbnbs often, since 2011, and this is by far the most well stocked! Very clearly written instructions, and labels on the storage bins so it was easy to find seasonings, sewing kit, kitchen mitts, etc. Even the fridge had many sauce and condiments, and there were included snacks. We appreciated the coffee machine, coffee condiments, and filters for the machine, as well as the ice machine! The showers worked well, beds were comfy, clean towels, good lighting, and it was such a a perfect amount of space for my group of 9-10 people. Highly recommend for groups of this size!

Jake was an awesome, responsive host. His house was great and came with all the towels/toiletries/etc needed for our stay. It was very spacious for our group of 9, and only a quick walk to the orange metro line to get downtown with ease. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
