Place was clean & looked like the pictures. Very nice remodeling! Unsure about safety of neighborhood & only felt comfortable walking around the corner to the police station & back. 7/11 within walking distance. Front fenced yard was fully enclosed; backyard's gate wasn't able to be closed.

The interior is very nice (looks just like the photos) but the basement could've been a little cleaner. Upon our arrival, we saw a couple of bugs in the basement and the basement bathroom had a bit of dirt on the floor. The cleaning fee is a bit steep given the fact that the host wants you to strip the beds, start a load of laundry, and take out the trash before you check out. The neighborhood is ok, but the neighbors were a little nosy when we were arriving. The parking space is also unfenced, and the host could've been more responsive. Overall it was an okay stay.

Nosey neighbors and lots of people hanging around outside engaging in extracurricular activities. Also there where crickets and outside bugs in the basement. There is a cleaning fee but hosts wants you to strip beds and do put in a load of laundry. Also taking out the trash. Cleaning fee shouldn’t be so expensive if I’m doing cleaning. There were no extra things such as toilet paper or paper towels we ran out of tissue the first night and had to go and purchase some. Could have been a little more hospitable.
