Awesome stay for our lab for a week! Spacious, private, and comfortable to come back to after long days of conferencing. Stefan was super responsive and helpful!

Stefan’s home was exactly as described and what we needed for our group of 4. We were all extremely comfortable and the place was very clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home and more. Bonus points for being so responsive and keeping us updated as to when the home would be available, which ended up being early! Only thing to note would be the stairs. We weren’t aware of how many there would be (maybe we missed it) but if that’s an issue for anyone just something good to know. Also, some parts of the neighborhood didn’t feel as safe as we thought they would, BUT, the complex itself where the home is located felt very safe.

Stefan's place was, clean, comfortable, and convenient. As a few other reviewers noted, the surrounding neighborhoods seemed a bit "iffy," but we didn't feel unsafe walking around. It was a perfect place for two moms and sons to spend an "urban spring break." Stefan was super helpful and had great suggestions. While we did not eat or cook at the apartment, there was coffee and sugar on hand to start our day. We could stay here again!

We instantly felt at home in this beautiful townhouse. It was a secluded spot within a busy city. The house had everything we needed and Stefan was very helpful and friendly.

Le logement est très agréable, très confortable. Beau. Une cour intérieure tranquille. Le quartier autours n'est pas le plus joli, mais à 5 minutes de marches de Yonge, sa situation est très bonne. Il faisait parfois froid dans le logement, la programmation ne permettant pas d'augmenter la température plus de 3 heures. Je comprends bien que cela limite les coûts et les dépenses d'énergie, c'est louable. Cependant, lors de nuits froides cela peut être incommodant. En été toutefois, cela doit être sans aucun problème!
