The location of the condo was great. You could walk everywhere. It’s a perfect get away place for a few days like our ladies retreat. There were two of us and having your own bed and bathrooms made it very nice. The place was quiet and clean. I highly recommend it for your Charleston stay!

steps for King st shopping and many parks and restaurants, super walkable neighborhood! have stayed in several downtown locations, and this one was really easy and convenient

This was perfect spot for two adults and one kid (1 year old). The hosts were great with local recommendations, as well as clear check in, parking, and check out instructions. They were also very accommodating as they had a high chair and pack n play available for us at the house, upon request! From this location we were able to easily walk and explore King Street (shopping and restaurants) and we also had a car to visit other Charleston sites such as the aquarium, Folly Beach, historic downtown, Mount Pleasant and Isle of Palms. We highly recommend for a couple or small family/group.

We had a great stay this January. The location was perfect for our needs and made many of our destinations very walkable. I will say, the walls are very thin. We appreciated the noisemakers provided in the bedrooms. We could hear very clearly the renters in the unit next door to us, particularly when we were both moving around in the mornings but it didn’t take away from our experience. I just note it in case you are traveling with a louder group or young family, you would want to be thoughtful about noise levels (yours and/or theirs). Overall, a wonderful stay, very cute unit and I would definitely rent again.
