Book the entire Pawleys Sea Life- all 5 bedrooms (3 on 1st floor) - nothing shared. Captains Quarters, Octopus Outlook, Seahorse Sanctuary, Hollywood Room, & Sea Turtle Cove. Private heated pool, screened porch, hot tub, & sauna. Dogs allowed with a $35 per dog, per visit pet fee. In the woods between the ocean & the ICWW. It is more like a camping vacation than a high end beach resort. Expect lots of leaves, bugs, frogs, lizards & spiders. Owners closets, garage, & office not included. You will have access to 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, the pool/hot tub/dry sauna, multiple grills, screened porch, kitchen, living room and dining area that seats SIX (even though max guests are 10, dining seating area is smaller). If you rent the whole house, these are not shared and there will be no dogs except yours. This is my primary residence (when not booked), so there will be food in the refrigerator and counters that is shared with guests (see house manual) and there are two refrigerators to provide plenty of room. There are exterior security cameras but no interior cameras.

We truly loved staying here with our kids, family and golden doodle. It was quiet and peaceful and the pool and hot tub were a hit. There were plenty of beds and it was so close to anything and everything you would need. Would stay again!

Amazing doesn’t even begin to describe our stay! The house was amazing! We had everything we needed and more! The hot tub and sauna were used a lot! The outdoor shower was a big hit with my family. Erin is so kind and helpful! We have no complaints at all about our host or our stay! We highly recommend staying in this home!

I have loved the South Carolina Low Country since my first visit to Pawleys Island at age 7. I was fortunate enough to live here in the late 1980s and again now. I think anyone would fall in love with the natural beauty of the area. We also have amazing cuisine and so many great day trips. I am a full time corporate marketing consultant for a major analytics software company. I might be on calls with clients and coworkers from around the globe at any time of day or night. We also raise Multigenerational Australian Labradoodles. We hope you get to meet our wonderfully sweet crew. They love people. I have strived to give guests all the luxuries and thoughtful details I myself love when traveling. I have focused on comfort, relaxation and good entertainment. I respect your privacy. I will check in on you, and be available for any questions or issues, but I have set things up for you to be able to do everything on your own. Please respect our other guests.
