From the spacious Master Suite, excellent TVs and WiFi, to the AMAZING restaurant in the building, this host is a DEFINITE recommend. They provide us with a gift card to the restaurant downstairs that has some of the best brunch and French toast I have had, along with some local favorite foods. The wait staff there is also extremely courteous and attentive. Ask if they will make you some “festival fritters” (not on the menu), they are excellent! The apartment felt very secure, and comfortable. This is located on top of a downtown diner, so be prepared for stairs, but you have access to the building with the security code at all times. Conveniently located beside a Family Dollar for everyday needed items, and down the street from a 7-Eleven (24hrs). I can’t say enough about this wonderful host and the great time we had here in Philly. Dont hesitate to book!

Great place to stay, wonderful hosts! This unit is clean, comfortable and spacious, and the hosts have thought of virtually everything guests might need while away from home. This includes offering food in the cafe downstairs and parking close by - no worries about where to eat or leave the car! Si is super responsive and friendly, and I recommend this rental to anyone traveling to the area. A++++
