The 3 upstairs bedrooms were really spacious and airy. Two had views of the lake and the other had views of mountains. The downstairs double was a little dark but still good. Only downside to that room was no storage for hanging clothes. Fantastic location - 2 min walk to the lake. A coupe of restaurants in 1-5 min walk. Only slight downside for our elderly relative was music from next door restaurant from 10am-11pm during weekends - but that wouldn’t bother most people I suspect. Also needed more cleaning products eg no ping handled brush etc - but that’s very minor. Also under 5 min walk to a fantastic bus service to Annecy and all stops along the lake. Every 20 mins and free during summer holidays!

Lieu de résidence extrêmement agréable de par la proximité du lac : on ouvre la porte et on y est. Cependant, l’habitation se situe juste derrière un restaurant dont les odeurs sont parfois incommodantes et les campings environnants sont quelques fois bruyants ( cris d’enfants …). La route descente jusqu’au logement est très étroite et empruntée par des voitures de touristes et des camionnettes de livraisons ce qui la rende difficile d’accès (selon les horaires). Néanmoins, ce refuge un peu secret est très agréable compte-tenu de l’activité bouillonnante des bords du lac en plein mois de juillet. Les places de parking privés dans la cour intérieure fermée sont extrêmement précieuses. La maison a toutes les commodité et suffisamment de place pour accueillir 2-3 familles -suivants le nombre d’enfants- mais sans se marcher sur les pieds ( 3 salles de bains, 3 wc…). Les plages sont toutes proches mais vous pouvez aussi piquer une tête juste en sortant depuis le ponton d’embarquement.

Logement très bien placé pour profiter à pied des plages . Le seul bémol c’est que nous avons été gênés par les odeurs du restaurant situé juste à côté de la maison . Mais je recommande cette maison !

Our stay at this house was very enjoyable. We loved the proximity to the water. There is only a restaurant between you and the lake. We swam right in front of the house which was nice and easy, but with boats around. *It is definitely worth the short walk to Plage d'Angon. It’s only 7-8 minutes on foot. It has a designated swimming area (no boats) with floating platforms to swim to and jump off of. The beach is in a beautiful park setting with a snack shop and shade trees. We enjoyed hours there. The house was peaceful and large enough for our family of 7 to have enough space to stretch out, gather and relax. The yard area and outside tables were lovely to spend time as a family chilling and eating outside. We had fun playing ping pong and badminton. The house provides a boogie board and sun umbrella to use by the water. There are plenty of bedrooms (4) and toilets (3). The large beds and pillows we’re comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook.
