Pros: • Villa is just as pictured in the photos, & very clean. • View is spectacular & the patio is very comfortable, if weather is nice. • Host is very attentive & quick to respond to questions. • Bottled water & lots of snacks provided upon arrival. • Charming local restaurant on the beach, just a 2 minute walk. Two modest beach towns with many restaurants within a 10 minute drive. • Great place to relax with family/group, if weather is good. Cons: • There are no instructions for house in English. • This is our first trip to Greece, & we assumed incorrectly that this would be an ideal location to explore. Athens farther away than noted. A car is required. Some parts of area we drove thru are sad & unsightly. • There was rain, thunderstorms, & overcast skies for 5 out of 6 days of trip. The main pros of house--swimming & enjoying the terrace--were not possible, so we left early with no partial refund. Not the trip we hoped for; a lot of $$ for small return.

Notre séjour à la villa Elmar était idéal ! - les hôtes sont très réactives - les équipements sont qualitatifs et bien pensés : literie confortable, mobilier d'extérieur, tuyau d'arrosage à la bonne place, mise à dispo de siège et lit bébé - le kit d'arrivée était très sympa et pratique  : tout pour l'entretien (sac poubelle, lessive), de quoi grignoter voire diner léger - clim dans les chambres - pas dans l'espace principal (mais peut-être est ce mieux aussi pour la planète) qui dispose de ventilateurs - vue magnifique sur la mer et le continent en face - restaurant à 100m - délicieux, rapide de service raisonnable. Il faut marcher un peu plus ou prendre la voiture - mur entre les 2 villas : Intimité bien présente même si le mur n'est pas très haut (on peut voir l'autre famille quand on est debout côté piscine) - a noter : c'est juste devant une route (et la mer donc). On entend donc voitures et motos passer, même s'il y a des périodes calmes. merci pour votre accueil !

Beautiful house, wonderful location (easy from Athens), super host. You will never tire of the views from this brilliant house, just metres from the warm sea. Maria was so welcoming and helpful - special mention for the very generous welcome pack including lovely food, a fridge full of drinks for our family, and the lovely bathroom products. The taverna just opposite the house served some of the best food we have had in Greece. Lovely quiet beaches dotted all along this lovely coast. Our first time in this region and I’m sure we’ll come back to the same house. Thank you Maria for making our holiday so special for all of us.

What a fabulous time we had at Maria and Eleni’s! When we arrived, we were greeted by our host and she explained everything and made sure we were comfortable. The kitchen was FULLY stocked! The view was amazing and the patio, under the tree was so peaceful! We didn’t want to leave! This is worth the time and money for the value we received!

We have the most magnificent stay! The villa was exactly as shown and extremely spacious, clean. It was beautifully decorated with lots of little details. The kitchen was fantastic and the fridge and coffee making facilities were all stocked. The pool was amazing and the location was so close to the sea. Beautiful views. We enjoyed waking up to the sunrise. We found a fantastic restaurant in walking distance Akpwtnpi. There was a fantastic bakery and more lovely restaurants and bars in walking distance. We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to come back! A magical place!
