It's a very nice house in a great location. Quiet and walkable to Main St Williamsville. Sergio is very helpful and communicates everything you need to know to have a great stay! Will be back!

The house was exactly like the pictures described. I was travelling with 2 of my teenage kids so the home fit us perfectly. Very easy to access and the outside porch light was very bright which helped when we came home in the dark. The neighborhood is adorable and very safe. Downtown Williamsville has everything you need and is easy to navigate. We had one issue with the TV but Sergio was relentless until he helped solve the problem and it was past 10. So responsive, kind, patient, and easy to communicate with. When we revisit my college-age so I would book this adorable home again. The kitchen is stocked with many items to feed a group ( I cooked for many boys on the team one night and never felt crowded). Lots of spices, olive oil, bags, aluminum foil, the list goes on and on. Just a great home to rent! Thank you for a wonderful and easy stay.

Sergio's place was perfect for our family of 5 for our one night stay in Williamsville. It was clean, cozy, and centrally located. Sergio was very attentive. We definitely recommend staying at his house.
