The property is well located and we parked easily on the street. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 on the middle floor with a bathroom and 1 bedroom on the top floor with a bathroom plus a downstairs toilet. The property is laid out with 5 single beds in 3 rooms which isn't a problem in itself as this is how it is advertised. We booked the property as there was not much availability in the area and was the most suitable, the quality in theory was fine. It was clean and has everything required. We had a problem with the heating which Darren visited and fixed on day one as was not working so this was very much appreciated. On day 2 there was not any hot water in the evening. This was unfortunate. We broke a light cord which we reimbursed the host for an estimated cost of £10 as this was requested via Airbnb. Being asked to “empty the bins” on checkout seemed slightly odd. We were confused whether it was meant to be premium or basic but thought it was a premium price. Good option for a group of singles.

Good, clean property on edge of Norwich making a ideal base with proactive owners (missing crockery replaced immediately) . As per details property a little small downstairs (only table space for 2 to eat at once) not a problem for us as weather was good so ate in garden.

A clean, modern, fresh, well-kept house with private parking space. A great location for visiting Norwich and the north Norfolk coast. Great information provided prior to visit and information available when you reach the house. We highly recommend this property and as a three bed-roomed property with two bathrooms and three toilets, excellent for five people.

Great house with lots of parking and large garden. Well proportioned room and local to all amenities. Would recommend staying here if you are a sports group on a trip or spending a few days in the Norwich area.
