This beach front apartment is a modern, upscale fully furnished, air conditioned unit. It features a fully loaded kitchen, living and dining room area, trendy bathroom and a separate porch. This apartment has been designed for maximum comfort and offers a relaxing view of the ocean. The outdoors are our specialty. We are located on four and a half acres of land, lots of coconut trees, fully fenced and secured on the beach. We offer gazebos with outdoor cooking facilities, a large pool and extensive play areas covered in lawn. We are located on the picturesque Patience Bay with approximately 800 meters of beach front. You can swim in the lovely Caribbean waters and fish directly on the shore. Located 30 minutes away is the world renowned Grande Riviere, one of the historic nesting grounds of the Leather Back Turtle. Guest can engage in watching the Leather Back Turtle during its main nesting season of March to September each year.

Our stay was a dream. The grounds were beautiful and pristine. The apartment was perfect and exactly as pictured. The property had all necessary accommodations- multiple outdoor showers, outdoor dining areas with sinks, pool with a shallow end perfect for children, and steps away from the beach. The hosts were so kind and responsive to all of my messages. Thank you for a vacation my family will never forget.
A nice, quiet, relaxing place to go to get away . Friendly and helpful staff respond to questions and offer suggestions. The sound of the beach has a calming effect and the pool is perfect for all members of the family. This is a hidden gem that should not be missed.
Great location for an escape. Very spacious and good combination of pool and beach. The accommodations were satisfactory. It was easy to get along with other like-minded guests. Worth the drive.
I am a native New Yorker who travels to Trinidad often. This is definitely a hidden Gem in Trinidad! Everything from cleanliness, Hospitality, views, location, and safety exceeded my expectations! Peter makes sure that all of his guests are well accommodated. Perfect place for a family vacation. The pictures don’t do it justice. Will make sure to visit next time I am in the country.

Toco is a unique, peaceful fishing village. There is an abundance of scenic bays, beaches and reefs which make it a prime location for tourists who wish to get away from busier areas.
We are located approximately three(3) minutes from the main "Sally Bay" beach and five(5) minutes from the Keshorn Walcott Light House.
Additionally you can engage in an adventurous walk through some nature trails within the Toco environs. There you can experience Toco's flora and fauna in its natural habitat.
Located nearby are the Health Center, Police Station, Minimart and Bar.
