You can relax by the pool or take a five-minute nature trail walk to the beach. Our villa is spacious, airy and well equipped for your next vacation to the serene and beautiful Balandra Bay. Our home has three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has an ocean view and pool view. There is an equipped kitchen, living room, and front porch with an ocean and pool view. The enclosed garage can accommodate two vehicles comfortably. The ground floor and first floor each have a sprawling back porch that overlooks the lush greenery and the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the pool. The third story patio contains a small pool and has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and Balandra Bay. Guests can also enjoy star gazing through our telescope on this patio on a clear night. There is also an outdoor grill located on the ground floor. Our living room contains a wonderful selection of books via our mini library and there are many boardgames available for guests to play. The beach is accessible via a five-minute walk from the house.
