Excellent host and a cosy place… We really enjoyed our stay in the Flamingo-themed houseboat. Amber was super as our host - Fast replies, good communication and flexible on arrival - (we’re still sorry for the inconvenience due to our delay on arrival). We got a nice informative introduction to the houseboat, public transport and nearby shopping possibilities. Also - during the stay, our host checked in with us, to make sure everything is OK. Thanks for the great service :-) A nice near-city location (Rotterdam center is 35 minutes by foot) and yet - after a day in the fast-paced city - you’re back in private, quiet surroundings with a great view, easy parking and your own private terrace. The boat is well equipped, spacious, comfy, good beds, good heating and nice/clean. Easy access by car, located near the main-roads. Traffic is a bit noisy with open windows, but the same is the case with most city-hotels. Very silent when windows are closed. Thanks for having us. Loved it :-)

Loved staying at this beautiful, luxurious boat house. Amber was super responsive and helpful. This is an absolute must stay in Rotterdam, the best AirBnB I have stayed in all these years. Thoroughly recommend.

A great place to stay in for a couple of days (even during wintertime) Amber is very helpful and always available in case any problem occurs The flat was very clean, had everything you need to cook, enough towels. We felt cozy like home, highly recommend to stay at Amber’s place
