What can I say about this apartment if not only positive things. 🤩 Located very close to the center of Rotterdam, in a very quiet neighbourhood with many public transports, Daan apartment is “ THE PLACE TO BE”. Even if the building dates back to the 1930s, inside the apartment you will find a very warm interior design that combines retro and modern style in such a way that you still feel immersed a little in the 30s but equally in the present. The view from the living room windows is as wonderful during the day as it is in the evening. 😍 The rays of the sun in the morning which then tear the vitralium that separates the bedroom from the dinning room will show you even more this incredibly beautiful historical side. But wait I don’t want to spoil everything about this place to you … you will have to comme and see it with your own eyes ( and you won’t regret it, trust me ). What to say about Daan?! Very attentive to details, very active, very friendly…truly a SUPER HOST. See u soon!

Super fijn verblijf gehad! Daan reageerde super snel en bij aankomt lag er van alles klaar om de marathon te gaan lopen! Super attent! Heerlijk huis en alles was aanwezig en super schoon! Genoten! Absolute aanrader!

Daan's place was beautiful, very comfortable and spacious. Very walkable from Rotterdam Central train station and steps from a tram stop. Very easy to get around Rotterdam from there. Easy access to grocery and local restaurants. Daan was very responsive and provided all that we would need during our stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful unique apartment, really spacious and bigger than the photos make it appear. The apartment was fully stocked and in a great location. Daan left us and our dog a range of goodies on arrival which was really appreciated. He was also able to secure us discounted parking right outside which was fantastic.

Great location and a lovely apartment. Daan was a really proactive host and gave us all the information we needed. Check in and out was a straightforward. A great stay!
