Fabulous 1 Bedroom condo at Litchfield By The Sea on Pawleys Island. My private END unit is easily accessible, just one flight of stairs and close to many resort amenities. Including the Deck, luve music and food. Pools, Lazy river and of course the Beach club. private beach, air conditioned bathrooms, plenty of parking, 1/4 mile away. The Summerhouse Westport building has an elevator and luggage carts to make check-in and out easier. Private, quiet, end unit. Completely renovated in 2021. Featuring a large bedroom with 2 new queen beds, living room with new pull-out couch, 65” TV and DVD player, Kitchen with full size appliances, dining area and spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Covered parking. Beautiful balcony overlooking the pond.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jill’s condo. It was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. It is located in a beautiful complex and the unit is in a quiet and peaceful location overlooking a very pretty pond and landscape. Jill was so responsive and made our stay effortless. We will definitely be back! Thank you Jill!!

Jill's place was a gem! Great location within the condo/resort community with pretty views from the balcony. The short drive to the private beach access winds past a beautiful marsh. I would stop every time I passed to sit and enjoy the scenery and wildlife. Plenty of chairs on the large decks overlooking the beach and ocean with clean bathrooms right there! Litchfield by the Sea is a beautiful place to stay and Jill's apartment was such a comfort!

Amenities include outdoor pool with lazy river, jacuzzi, gorgeous endless private beach, bike rentals, beach clubhouse, sun deck & outdoor showers, 6 new tennis courts, indoor pool, walking trails, restaurant, outdoor deck bar, “real” full-size Starbucks, fishing pavilion, crabbing dock, WiFi, cable and more. So much to do! Affiliated with 4 prominent golf courses. Everything you need is within the resort - no need to leave if you don’t want to! The beach is 1/2 mi away - Just a quick walk, free shuttle, bike ride or drive to the clubhouse. Plus, self-serve laundry is onsite. The outdoor pool is open year-round. Please note, however, Scoops ice cream shop and the Deck tiki bar are closed during the off-season.
