I agree with other reviews that noted the views were much more beautiful than the photos! The water is close to the cottage, and it was clear and beautiful. We enjoyed watching the ships coming and going. There is a great view--sun or storms. We had a wonderful time.

I grew up in the area, but being at Fred's place on the beach exceeded even my expectations. The natural beauty of the location and the area is fantastic. Very peaceful. The cottage was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had some great family time with our adult children, which doesn't happen very often, and everyone loved being at this location. Fred was helpful and responsive, a great host.

This is our second stay at Fred’s place in Brimley! Our family always has a blast. The beach is perfect entertainment for our 5 and 7 year old and there is so much locally to do. We love that Fred’s place offers a washer and dryer for our family of five. The race car bed is now a part of our family memories and our kids love taking turns sleeping in it each night. Fred is so helpful and kind and we love having him as a host!
