Firstly I booked the apartment based on the photos advertised, was nothing like what was advertised, we stayed for a total of 3 nights and for 2 of them we had no hot water so had to boil kettles to get washed

As much as I’d like to write a great review for 16 Queen Avenue, I cannot. We did not get to stay there. The day before we arrived we were told they couldn’t get the water on and would have to stay at another place. The alternate apartment was clean and pretty inside but it was in an unsafe area with drug addicts, beggars and the like’s screaming & fighting in the alley until 4-5 am every night. Also we paid for a three bedroom two bath apartment in a beautiful, secluded, quiet and safe neighborhood. We ended up in a two bedroom one bath apartment in a very busy, loud and unsafe area. We went to see where we booked and were even more disappointed at our new accommodation knowing that what we paid for and what we got was completely different. We have also not been reimbursed for the parking or for the deposit over a week later. When we tried to contact them about this they have not responded. I almost feel as if 16 Queen Ave is not really available and is used to lure people in.

This is in a great location in the heart of Liverpool, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Could not have asked for a better spot!

Heart of funky Liverpool with vast space and lovely heritage. Main room was palatial and fun with gorgeous wood panelling. Location right in the city stones throw from Waterfront. Great communications with the team. Such very good value, liked that parking included in the prices. Things to note, not criticism (its too good a place to be churlish); parking is around 10 min walk, easy enough but think about this when packing. One bedroom is ‘internal’ and bathroom separate in the hall (other bedroom has en suite) this didnt cause a problem and the second bathroom has benefit of great walk in shower. No outdoor space or views as such but it was cute being down a little arcade and nice wine bar next door, meant there was no road noise. Definitely recommend

Een heel mooi en sfeervol appartement midden in het centrum van Liverpool. Alles is op loopafstand en ook met kinderen is deze plek fijn. Veel ruimte binnen en alle leuke activiteiten letterlijk om de hoek. Zeker een aanrader! Contact met het verhuurbedrijf is goed, maar weinig persoonlijk.
