Esperienza positiva. Quartiere ben collegato con fermata sita dinanzi casa e linee autobus direzione centro anche con corse serali. Appartamento al primo piano cui si accede agevolmente tramite rampa di scale. Check-in positivo (con leggera flessibilità di orario causa nostro ritardo). Interni e arredamento come da descrizione, cucina funzionale e bagno ampio. Gli spazi si adattano bene ad un soggiorno per quattro. Host consigliato.

This was my 14th trip to Bologna in 28 months, due to Brexit rules been spending only half my time there working. What a great city, what a great region, everything to see and do in weekends away from work so for a visitor almost perfect place with a few days in Bologna between trips to some of the best places in Europe by fast train. Rino's place is perfectly situated for me, one minute drive from the Tangenziale so very simple access to and from the motorways, whilst also having a no30 bus stop 50M from the door. The 30 takes you to the station and onto the heart of the city, zero hassle. Excellent supermarket 3 minutes down the road at the Lame centre so everything you need in a self catering apartment where I spent a very comfortable 4 weeks. The apartment itself has all you need, the description is accurate and fits the purposes for single or double occupancy perfectly. There is also a sofa bed if needed. Most importantly, gas cooker with oven, microwave and good fridge.

Great 3 week stay. Bus stop at the end of the driveway can get you to the train station in 20 minutes and the main plaza about 30. Busses run regularly. the COOP supermarket is about a 12 minute walk or the bus can get you there and back. Rino's staff were available for anything you need help with and Alex was very informative at check in, showing how everything worked. Place is as shown in pics and very comfortable. we would stay here again and highly recommend this place.
