Our cozy and quaint suite is the perfect spot for couples, business travelers or solo adventurers looking to explore everything Vancouver has to offer. Tucked just 5 blocks off Commercial Drive, one of the coolest neighborhoods in the world as ranked by Timeout magazine, you are minutes from some of the best pubs and restaurants in the city and a short walk to public transit to head Downtown. You will not regret booking this as your quiet Vancouver nest. The space is one large open room with KING sized bed and bar kitchen (no oven), a bathroom with shower and shared free laundry. Your space is completely locked off and private. Our family lives on site and we are happy to offer any help or suggestions you may need about our city. We have two children and a very friendly 12lb Cockapoo, so you may hear the pitter patter of little feet and be welcomed by our friendly dog who loves to say hello. Our home is 3 years young and we have done our utmost to insulate and sound barrier to mitigate as much noise as possible.

We loved our stay! Walked around the neighbourhood, ate at the vegan cafe, cherry blossom few blocks away, parking available on the street, the area is quiet, and the king size bed is so comfortable. We rented a car and their place is close to everything. 15 mins to go to downtown. It was very convenient to go to different places. Host responds promptly and everything that we need is in the unit. :)

This place is a gem! They have a perfect little place for travelers to rent out! Very quiet and very clean! They also have the cutest dog living with them! Highly recommended!

Our property boasts a Walkscore of 89 which is ‘very walkable’. You will have no problem exploring our neighbourhood by foot and finding many enjoyable things to do.
We are 1/2 block from a park and there are many more parks within a short walk.
2 blocks from Nanaimo street with the famous Vancouver vegan bakery To Live For (owned by Erin Ireland, with over 200k social media followers she certainly knows her way around making delish vegan treats!), Renzulos Italian store that has an authentic Italian coffee bar, and Columbus Meats for many easy meal options.
Additionally we are 5 blocks from Commercial Drive, one of the most vibrant streets in North America with countless coffee shops and eateries with flavours from around the world.
Craving thin crust, wood fired pizza? Only 500 meters away at the ever popular Via Tevere…

Ample and free street parking is always available near our property.
5 mins by car to Highway 1 using the 1st Avenue exit. 15 mins by car to downtown and BC place and Rogers Arena. 6 min Drive to the PNE, 15 minutes to North Vancouver to explore the North Shore Mountains.
