The 3rd Floor Suite was a nice place to stay for the following features: 1. Easy check-in and onsite security 2. Modern decor and comfy bed 3. Close to the freeway 4. In the Soûlard neighborhood, which has great restaurants and an easy commute to top area attractions 5. Parking lot across the street from building if you can’t find a spot on the street I’ll definitely stay again when visiting the area.

This is my third time here, and I will always come back again. This apartment is big and beautiful. It looks exactly like the photos. The bathroom has double sinks. The in-unit washer and dryer can't be beat, nice and big. There is a gym on the first floor, and a pool and hot tub on the roof. The bed is big and comfortable. Only a one block walk to McGurk's restaurant or Cafe Miami. The managers are great and responsive. When I had a change in my date due to my job, they went out of their way to make sure we had a solution. Would stay here anytime with no hesitation.

This is a great apartment in a great building. There is a great meeting area in the lobby and elevators. The Soulard area has great restaurants and is very walkable. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 2 weeks in Feb and I found it to be a great value. The space was quite large, bathroom had two sinks, kitchen was well-stocked, powerful and well-draining shower, and the laundry in the unit was full-sized. It felt secure and parking on the street was easy to find. Other residents in the building were friendly and I didn't hear any noises through the walls except in the hallway, so the rooms themselves were quiet. Although it was winter, we did go up to the roof to look at the amenities and they were impressive. Mind the once-a-month street cleaning signs to avoid a ticket. My biggest complaint was the couch wasn't comfortable but if you weren't staying long you probably wouldn't mind. The gas station across the street isn't too loud except a few brief times on the weekends but you are high up so it doesn't get too bad.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb, especially considering it was a very last-minute booking. They were also accommodating in extending my stay request. The place was overall clean and tidy. The host was very responsive. I also liked the apartment complex as a whole. Having access to a gym was a bonus. The apartment is right next to a busy street, so you will hear a lot of traffic, but for me, that was white noise, so I never had any issues with it. I also never experienced any problems with noisy neighbors. The noise from other apartments never traveled inside my apartment. Outside in the corridor, you can hear TV/music noise coming from other apartments, but it never traveled inside your apartment. So overall, it was quiet and peaceful. There was always parking right next to the building, where I could keep an eye on my car through the apartment window, which was another bonus. The Airbnb looked exactly like the pictures, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was great as well.
