A view from the window in presents a very special scene of partial ocean views waving beach grass. It is located on the first floor of the inn (some stairs are required). All rooms in the B&B part of the inn include a mini fridge, TV with cable, WiFi, ceiling fan, and self-controlled air conditioning and heat and are non-smoking. Breakfast is included May through October only. By the Sea Guests is a beachfront boutique hotel, located in Dennis Port, MA on Cape Cod. You'll notice historical charms still present in the decorations and architecture, met with modern touches. Located in a central location with the biggest white sanded beach on the direct strip, the inn is a perfect destination for a quiet retreat for couples or a fun reunion with family and friends. The beach is lined with nice lounge chairs, umbrellas, and even beach games for entertainment. There is a lobby that is open in the summer months, available for inquiries and concierge. In addition, guests may use the inn’s amenities, such as the beach, seating areas, the enclosed veranda, microwave, gas grill, fire pit, and coin-operated laundry, which are shared with other guests. One beach towel per person is provided. Daily maid service is optional to guests by placing the housekeeping card on the doorknob to opt in. Full, hot breakfast is available to guests May through October. It's Chef's selection, using fresh local ingredients in the daily menu. Free WiFi, cable, air conditioning, and heat are included, as well as free parking. Only one parking spot is available due to limited space, so plan accordingly! All rooms are non-smoking.
