We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and comfortable, the view was incredible, and the owner was quick to respond.

We were really looking forward to the trip and walked away disappointed with the cottage. The PROS: The house interior is as shown. Well appointed (no paper towels or napkins though & bad fire wood. There is some wood, but it's wet & so huge it needs 2b split.) The sunset is lovely and the deck is spacious. The CONS: THE MICE INSIDE. Yes...mice. Plural. Needless to say we didn't sleep well. Upon calling the owner, we were told they would set fresh traps AFTER we left. Also, we were looking forward to enjoying the water, BUT it needs to be stated that one cannot at all easily put in a kayak OR swim as there is slippery algae over all the rocks AND you have to climb down stone steps to even get there. Sadly, while the view daytime is lovely, at night you see nothing but a sea of continually blinking red lights from the 80+ windmills across the river. Also, WiFi is horrible. We chose here because the listing said it was great & we needed it for work. Had to leave to do it :(

This house is perfect. We had a wonderfully relaxing trip. We enjoyed listening to the waves crash against the shore. We enjoyed the fire pit. It was great.

We had a wonderful and relaxing summer stay. The property's flower gardens were plentiful and lush. Waking-up to the dramatic the lake views was truly spectacular! Wolfe Island rocks! Thank you Lyly...

This place is amazing. Beautiful sunsets, clear warm water and amazing views. Our 4 year old loved playing in the water all day and my husband loved trying out the kayak. The house was very clean with everything you need, including a s’mores kit!
