We had a very nice 4-night stay at Grigory and Lilia's place. Lilia was very fast to respond to all my questions and easy to communicate with. She even purchased a special beach chair for my husband who was recovering from a back injury. Her place was very clean and cozy. We felt right at home. We especially enjoyed family movie nights using the large projector screen. I loved having coffee on the deck in the morning with the lake right in front of me and kayaking on the lake. We made full use of the three kayaks provided. Overall, we had the most relaxing few days before the end of the summer.

Grigory and Liliia were wonderful hosts. Not only were they helpful with tips on mountain biking and hiking trails, they were also very responsive and clear on instructions with the house. We had a wonderful, relaxing few days at the lake with great fishing off the dock, fun in the kayaks, and just being lazy in the hammock. Their home was exactly as described and pictured. Great stay!

The hosts have done a really nice job with the home itself. Older lake house, very close to neighbors-but they have done some updates to make it feel modern. It was clean and well kept! Lots of stuff provided; kayaks, fishing poles, life jackets, ample towels, etc. Nice large drop-down screen and projector in the main living room. Great path down to the water, nice fire pit and outdoor lights. Lots of fish to be caught for kids right from the dock. Hosts were great with any questions. You'll find the house cozy and comfy and the lake itself was small and quiet. Now, I was a bit surprised at the process to check-in to the community and the community itself. Long wait at Gate House to register, they want your car registration to get your pass for the gate. However, this does not seem like a well maintained gated community. The host house was nice, but many homes in this community were not well maintained, seemed worn down and trending all around as a community on the decline.

Great lake house for our girl’s weekend away!! Lots of space for everyone to be comfy and great location on the water. Amazing amenities with sauna, kayaks, a projector for movie nights inside and more. We ran into an issue that was completely out of the control of our hosts while we were there, and they were EXTREMELY helpful and responsive, would highly recommend this stay!
