The house was exactly as described and within walkable distance to all local attractions. The location to local shops and restaurants was an added bonus. Sarah was fast and responding to any messages with any questions asked with nothing being too much bother. The value for money of the stay was second to none. An added bonus of a welcome book with recommendations of things to do and restaurants, with local takeaway menu’s being provided. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We stayed at Sarah’s House for 3 Nights we were 2 Families with a 15 year old and a 3 year old. The House is beautiful and so clean . We were in Blackpool for my Daughters Ice skating competition at the Arena we chose Sarah’s as it was out of the hustle and bustle but so close to get into centre. We actually walked one evening takes about 30 minutes. . However the shops few pubs are in the doorstep for convenience. We will definitely book again . Sarah is a great host and also let us check out at 11am so we could get out. 3 year old up ready packed and get Breakfast before we set off without any rush . Thank you ☺️

As ever the house was perfect and Sarah was very helpful, plus flexible & understanding to our needs as we travel from afar to look after our elderly mother and her house. Sarah’s house is warm, inviting, very clean and has everything we need. We have stayed numerous times and it’s always top choice as it is in a perfect spot for the shops, Cask and parental home. Thank you again Sarah ❤️
