This was my third stay here and like the other two times, it was ideal. Always super clean and a really nice space. Extra touches like plenty of coffee, sunscreen, aloe, beach towels and gear, and of course the bikes. Though mainly a trip for work, we did enjoy watching NCAA basketball at the breweries and restaurants along the Pinellas trail. I always look forward to a Saturday morning walk to the Dunedin farmers market. All in all, this is wonderful place in a great location.

Great spot, tucked away from the main streets but easily walkable to downtown Dunedin and the water. Very clean/bright space that felt like home.

I was drawn to this apartment by its appealing photos, and my stay exceeded expectations. The cleanliness and aesthetics matched the images, with actually comfortable bed and an appealing bathroom. The quality of the repairs stood out, especially as I've observed differences between European and American standards. These apartments felt like home due to the meticulous attention to detail. The concept of having a sofa by the window was a delightful surprise, providing a cozy spot for movie-watching while also allowing you to see your car from the window. The surrounding area was remarkably quiet, offering a sense of security even during nighttime activities. In summary, the apartment boasts excellent repair work, top-notch materials, a serene neighburhood, and hospitable owners. It was actually enjoyable stay!!

Great place to stay to explore Dunedin. Place was very nicely designed and we appreciated all of the detailed touches.
