A fantastic lodge in a very rural area if peace and quiet is what you are looking for then look no further a beautiful place to stay. It also gives easy access to many great places that Suffolk as to offer.

Wow...what a great stay we had at Creek Lodge. It is exactly as advertised. Val is a brilliant, communicative and friendly host. When we arrived we were greeted with fresh fruit in a bowl, milk, bread and butter. There are lots of walks short and long. The closest is to Holbrook Creek which is a very short walk away. It is close by the beautiul and impressive Royal Hospital School. The longest walk we did was to Shotley Gate. Place definitely worth visiting are Pinmill (Butt & Oyster is a great pub) & East Bergholt (check out the Bell Cage at the parish church). Very sadly both the closest pubs have closed down. Fully recommended for a few days or a week of peace.

Absolutely loved our stay at Creek Lodge. Everything was as described, a beautiful lodge in beautiful surroundings.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vals place. It was exactly as described on Airbnb, it appeared newly renovated and was spotlessly clean. we liked having the outside space, and strolling down to the Creek in the evenings. Plenty round and about to see, my favourite was PIn Mill. Would highly recommend. Phil & Bernie
