Stayed at Tim’s place with our kids for an end of season ski trip. Great location, close to lifts, amazing lodge and facilities. Would definitely recommend!

Tim was kind & responsive - I know this because I communicated with him many times during our stay. When we arrived, the condo was not clean. This was very disruptive to our family and delayed the enjoyment of our trip. It took 24 hours for us to finally settle in to Tim's condo. We were moved to a different room for the first night, then had to move back into Tim's condo on the second day. Even then when we arrived the condo had not been fully cleaned. Old sheets were left in a bag and the floors had not been wiped clean. These issues happen, but I was disappointed that Tim did not offer any refund for our troubles. I am an avid planner and have a good read on expected value of a range of accomodation types. Tim adverstises his place as "luxury" which is not accurate: the complex is tired, window shades are inoperable, the bathrooms are not updated and the TV is old and blurry (not HD). The location is great, but it should be more accurately advertized with a lower nightly rate.

We stayed at Tim’s place for a ski weekend at Brianhead. It was perfectly appointed and closely located to Navajo Peak. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The apartment was very convenient, in good shape and had everything that we needed. I highly recommend this to anyone, especially if planning to ski at the navajo lodge. Tim was easy to communicate with and was very responsive.
