The chalet is cute and cosy and well stocked with essentials. It’s a little far from the station but they provided pickup and drop throughout our stay which made it very convenient. Would highly recommend chalet luna. The host is very responsive and always available.

This is the first negative review I’ve left on Airbnb but my family had a really bad stay: 1) the apartment was very cold (we had to wear our jackets) when we arrived and took until late night to warm up. I think it had not been used before our stay (or properly prepared ahead of time) 2) there was no hot water. We realized when giving our kids a bath before bed. The host eventually offered another house but our kids were in bed. The host fixed the issue and we had hot water by morning. 3) the tv is broken (no longer connects to internet /Netflix). the host said they knew the problem from previous tenants but it couldn’t be fixed unless the owner of the house replaced the tv. 4) the dishwasher didn’t work I raised all of this with the host and asked them to make up for it in some way. Their response so far has been they can’t do anything about something unexpected like the hot water issue. I find all of this totally unacceptable for a place we paid 2000+ chf for one night.

Everything was good, kitchen have many spices, and appliances we had a good home stay there. the cow will abit noisy in the morning but it’s ok for us. Check in situation was good ,we arrived at midnight they fetch us to the airbnb. Check out at 10 o'clock, but the host kept urging us out at 9:15am.. But everything was good
