房子地理位置挺好的，很方便。房主很热情，我们火车晚点，房主指路给我们，到门口还出来接，很感激

Very interesting flat in a perfect location for exploring Venice. It's 1 easy flight up from street level, in pleasant. relatively quiet area. All the sites are 5-6 minute walk at the most. Train station is 20+ minute walk, depending on the route you take. Dont blindly trust Google on the walking route from the station. There are at least 3 different good routes. Google's route has you taking a water taxi at one point (2 euros), which can be avoided (study map). House is an artist residence, which I really appreciated. Bedroom window looks out over a canal where gondolas pass by. Can't get more Venice than that! Highly recommend.

The apartment is a lovely little space in the heart of Venice. The area feels very alive and is in the vicinity of a lot of nice locations and landmarks. The space is fun creative atmosphere to stay in, and we felt very welcomed.

It's like staying at your friends' house, the location is 10/10, so be sure to wake up to the sounds of seagulls))) I didn't get to meet Francesco, but his friend Paolo was super friendly and showed us around the place. The room is in a ~19th century house, so note some stuff may not be working properly (electricity, wifi or squeeky floors). If you're into hotel perfectionism, you'd better book a hotel, 'cause as i mentioned before, it's more like staying at your friends)) We had a great pleasure staying at such a cool and historical place and it added to our short trip!
