Hidden Cove Park and Marina is developing a Tiny House Village for nightly/vacation rentals only, on our 895 wilderness park peninsula, located on the west edge of the Frisco, Tx side of Lake Lewisville. Our cabins are located 40-50 yards away from the water, with most of them having some or partial views of the water and forest. We are located off 423 Main and the Stonebrook exit. There is a DFW Surf, Rockin' S Bar & Grill, Dock convenience store & rentals on site, availability isn't guaranteed There are not many tiny house cabins that are brand new and currently available on this side of the lake. Looking for a camping experience, but want a suite style comfort? These Tiny Home Cabins are for you. Leave your TV at home, enjoy the nature, build a camp fire, roll a blanket out under the stars, wake up and watch for deer while sipping coffee on your front porch. Located only a few miles away from Downtown Frisco, the brand new Dallas Cowboys Training Facility, as well as the FC Dallas and Burn sports epicenter. Each of our vacation rentals have: a few pots and pans, coffee maker, plastic ware, paper plates, a few utensils, fresh towels for all our guests, shampoo, conditioner hand and dish soap, for everything else we have a convenience store on property called Sam's Dock.

Great tiny house and great location
We really enjoyed our stay this weekend at Hidden Cove. We swam, rode our floaties and kayaked. Also we grilled some meat on the barbeque and had s'mores on the firepit at night:) The lake is about 80 yards walking on the mowed grass. There is a one-piece set of wooden plank table and benches outside assigned to the cabin not shown in the pictures. It is slightly heavy but moveable - you may need to move it to place it under the shade of the trees as that moves. Another thing not shown in the pictures is a one-burner electrical stove in the kitchen. We were 7 people (2 adults and 5 children) sleeping in the cabin and we slept all fine - our youngest boy loved climbing to the top bunk. The linens and pillows were very nice. Also, the a/c seems to be more than powerful enough to beat the heat there. Thank you!
Loved that such a peaceful area is so close to the city. The cabin was very comfortable and clean. My family loved the trails and the proximity to the water.

Frisco is the fastest growing cities in America, we are only 5-6 miles away from the greatest shopping and entertainment in Texas. The shops at Legacy, The Dallas Cowboys new headquarters and Ford Stadium are just up the hill, The FC Dallas pro soccer, the Dallas Burn, Toyota's new southwest offices, JC Pennys, Dell, EDS, IBM, HP, and many others are close. Frisco is considered once of the weathiest cities in America.
The DFW airport is 40-45 minutes S.W. of us, Dallas Love Field is 30-35 minutes south of us. Addison is (ADS) is the closest private airport just 20 minutes south of us. Dart's last drop off is a few miles away. Uber or Lyft would be the best option if you dont have a rental car.
