Michael is a perfect host. He was always available when we had questions and fulfilled various extra wishes. The house is beautiful, especially the pool was our highlight. With the stone oven we could easily bake pizza. For a little money we were allowed to borrow the car. It was a super nice time! We missed nothing and we will definitely come back again. Майкл замечательный человек. Всегда мгновенно реагировал на наши просьбы. Мы снимали дом на месяц. Нас было 2 семьи, 8 человек. Дом полностью соответствует описанию на сайте и даже намного лучше ожидаемого. В доме 6 комнат и в каждой комнате собственный туалет и душ! На втором этаже большая терраса. Во дворе большой бассейн. И я считаю, что Майкл большой молодец, так как он постоянно спрашивал нужно ли нам почистить бассейн или поменять воду в нем. Но мой муж сам чистил бассейн, что экономило время нам и Майклу. Во дворе есть прекрасный уголок, он находится в тени у собственного колодца, там есть место для гриля и большая старинная печь для выпекания чего угодно. Это было излюбленное место у моего мужа. Интернет в доме отличный. Посуды в доме достаточно. Постельного белья и полотенец очень много. Обязательно приедем еще. Рекомендую всем.

We have rented Michiel property in Byala for a week together with a couple other families with kids. The swimming pool was great and the kids enjoyed it a lot!!! The house is situated in a small village, at the border if it, so very quiet. There are very nice places to visit at reasonable distances (Varna with its great park next to the sea, Nessebar - small old town, Sozopol...). Also, Michiel is a great host! We have discovered nice beaches with his help. The communication was excellent and he always was there for us, helping us with any questions we had. Michiel is constantly upgrading his house so we are considering going back to the enjoy the new features he is adding. Thanks a lot for everything, Michiel!

Big villa, a 20 minutes walk from the beach. The swimming pool is amazing and we had a lot of space to spend time outside. Unfortunately, some bathrooms didn't have hot water. The room are alright and Michiel was super-hospitable, quick response and very helpful during our stay.

We planned a trip to Bulgaria with friends and children, and in order for us all to live under the same roof as a friendly company, instead of each ordering separate apartments. We also wanted to see as many local attractions as possible. For this reason, we chose a two-story house (mini-hotel) with 6 bedrooms, each of whitch had a bathroom. This house is located in the town of Byala, between two large large cities - Varna and Burgas, at a very good price. We rented a car and traveled along the coast between these cities. The house is in a quiet place, no one bothered us. Fruit trees and two types of grapes grow in the courtyard; the compote turned out magnificent. Children spent all the time in the swimming-pool. All barbecue facilities in a cozy corner, decorated in a national style. Large courtyard and 3 large verandas on the 2th floor. And the main value is the sauna !!! Thank a lot , Michiel !
